Tenant Relations Liaison
The Tenant Relations Liaison (TRL) maintains effective relationships between tenants and Métis Housing and ensures all tenants are accommodated according to the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act guidelines. The TRL facilitates tenant move-ins and move-outs, conduct quarterly home visits, investigate and address tenant complaints, address tenant inquires, distribute notices, enforce company policies and more.
Community and Tenant Relations
As the Community & Tenant Relations with Métis Capital Housing, you will perform a variety of skills to support Métis citizens with life skills such as employment services, early childhood development, addiction support and personal development. In addition, they will assist citizens with housing programs and other support and services offered by Métis Housing.
