Accounting Technician - Tenant Administration
The Accounting Technician – Tenant Administration is responsible for financial tenant administration and other related tasks for Métis Housing. Other duties include verifying and preparing invoices, reconciling tenant A/R accounts, and maintaining various A/R files, including following up on and allocating payments. Manage accounts receivable, record, and post all payments received correctly and promptly.

Payroll and Benefits Coordinator
The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator coordinates and administers payroll, employee benefits, registered savings plan, and related employee records for Métis Urban Housing Corporation (MUHC) and Métis Capital Housing Corporation (MCHC). The position ensures employees are paid accurately and on time and that payroll deductions, remittances, benefits, and employee information are maintained and processed accurately. The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator works closely with the Director of HR & Corporate Services, employees, finance, benefit providers, and other external service providers to resolve payroll and benefits matters and ensure compliance with applicable legislation, organizational policies, and established procedures. The position requires a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail.

Métis Capital Housing Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Accountant delivers full-cycle accounting functions, advanced financial analysis, reporting, and compliance activities that support the organization’s financial integrity and strategic decision-making.
This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and funding requirements, and contributing to process improvements across the finance function. Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees day-to-day maintenance operations across Métis Housing properties, including repairs, inspections, renovations, vacant-unit work and emergency response. The role supervises maintenance staff and contractors, coordinates approvals, purchase orders, permits, vendors and property records, supports tenant-related maintenance issues, and works with the Facilities Manager to ensure homes are safe, well maintained and operating to organizational standards.
